So often we come across the belief that Jesus is some sort of kind social worker. The phrase "What would Jesus do?" is shortened to an initialism "WWJD". It is however usually implied that Jesus always does something sweet and kind.
We forget He is Lord and we are called to do what He says no matter what the cost to us!

We can't say we love Him and not do what He says.
1 John 2:4
              If someone claims, “I know God,” but doesn’t obey God’s commandments, that person is a liar and is not living in the truth.
